The Mix in 2015

Hi everyone,

The Christmas Mix was everything we hoped it would be – great fun, meaningful, and bringing people together to worship God.

We’re excited to announce the dates for 2015:

  • Friday 27th March
  • Friday 26th June
  • Friday 25th September

We hope you’ll be able to join us for these fantastic events!

The Mix is changing

The Mix is in a period of transition. For years the Mix has met on Sundays, mostly recently at 5pm on the first Sunday of each month. After a season of prayer, consultation and planning, we have taken the decision to change the mix to a quarterly event, on a Friday evening, happening around Christmas, Easter, June (end of exams) and September (new school year).

The first of these events is taking place on 12th December where groups will gather from around the city for fun and games, worship and inspiration about what it means to follow Jesus.

Joey Mitchell, chaplain at St Mary Redcliffe will be our speaker on the 12th. We hope you can make it along!

Woodlands Church, 7:30-9:30pm.

The October Mix, 2014

Hi friends,

This Sunday is Mix Sunday! Come and help us raise the roof in praise and be inspired to live for Jesus in our world. Hope to see loads of you there. Lydia Davenport will be our speaker.

The Mix in September

Whether you’ve been away at festivals, on family holidays or just chilling at home, we had you’ve had a relaxing and fun summer.

Well, it’s September and the Mix is back, giving us the opportunity to come together to Worship God and be inspired in our faith.

Come along this Sunday when Joey Mitchell will be sharing and challenging us to look to and live for God as we enter this new school year.

Woodlands Church, 5pm.

July Mix

This Sunday sees the last Mix before the summer holidays. We’ll be hearing young people share stories of God’s goodness throughout the year. Come along, go on!

The Mix in June

Failure and Success – how does God see us?

We’re well and truly into exam season and young people all over the Bristol region have their faces in the books.
This month we want to think about what success and failure look like in the Kingdom of God and how we can build an identity, not based on our performance but on how God sees us.

Hopefully it’ll be refreshing and encouraging for those in the middle of this pressurised season!

Doors open at 4:45 and we’d love you to stick around for after hours!
